Human IFN Multiplex ELISA simultaneously quantifies type I, II, III Human IFNs and related pro-inflammatory cytokines (IFN-alpha, IFN-beta, IFN-gamma, IFN-lambda, IFN-omega, IL-1alpha, IL-6, IP-10 and TNF-alpha)
Sample volume of only 50 μl required to quantify all 9 analytes in a single *****
Compatible with auotimmune sera, plasma, tissue culture media (TCM) and buffers

Full Product Name: VeriPlex Human Interferon 9-Plex ELISA Kit

Note: The product requires a Gel-DOC camera to measure chemiluminiscence and image analysis software to perform subsequent image analysis. We recommend using the Quansys Q-ViewTM imager in conjunction with the latest version of Q-ViewTM software for optimal image analysis.

Compatibility: Serum, Plasma, Tissue Culture Media and Buffers

Assay Range: 2.86 log with LLOD and LLOQ in the low pg/ml range

Speed: Incubation time, 3 hours, 15 minutes

Specificity: Human IFN Alpha (IFN-α), IFN Beta (IFN-β), IFN Gamma (IFN-γ), IFN Omega (IFN-ω) and IFN Lambda (IFN-λ 1, 2 and 3); Human Interleukin 1 Alpha (IL-1α), Human Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Human IFN Gamma inducing protein-10 (IP-10) and Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha (TNF-α)

No cross-reactivity against mouse IFN-β, IFN-γ, and IFN-λ3.
Minimal cross-reactivity against mouse IFN-α (0.004%).
Low cross-reactivity against Rhesus monkey IFN-α (11%) and Cynomolgus monkey IFN-α (6%). Detects Cynomolgus monkey IFN-β.
